Cibanos.com Services LLC and/or its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Cibanos”) offer a variety of products and services, including website features, to you. This also includes the use of Cibanos products or services, Cibanos applications for mobile, or software provided by Cibanos in connection with any of these services (collectively referred to as “Cibanos Services”). This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Cibanos LLC (“Company” or “we”), governing your use of the Platform. By using Cibanos Services, you agree to the following conditions on behalf of yourself, all members of your household, and anyone else who may use any Service under your account.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM. BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT USE THE PLATFORM. Our selection of Cibanos is extensive, but it’s important to note that additional terms may occasionally apply. Whenever you use a Cibanos Service, such as Your Profile, Gift Cards, Video, or Media Library, you’ll also be subject to specific guidelines, terms, and agreements that apply to that particular service (referred to as “Service Terms”). In case of any inconsistency between these Conditions of Use and the Service Terms, the Service Terms will take precedence.
If you are under 21 years of age, you must not use Cibanos Services. All products on Cibanos are intended for adults only, and you must be at least 21 years old to make purchases or use any products or services sold on Cibanos.com.

COPYRIGHT
The entirety of the content available through any Cibanos Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is either the property of Cibanos or its content suppliers and is safeguarded by United States and international copyright laws. Additionally, the compilation of all content featured in or made accessible through any Cibanos Service is exclusively owned by Cibanos and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using Cibanos Services and sending e-mails, text messages, or other forms of communication from your desktop or mobile device, you may be communicating with us electronically. You agree to receive electronic communications from us, including e-mails, texts, mobile push notifications, or notices and messages on this site or through other Cibanos Services, such as our Message Center. You are also permitted to keep copies of these communications for your records. Moreover, you acknowledge and agree that any agreements, notices, disclosures, or other communications we provide to you electronically meet all legal requirements that would otherwise require such communications to be in writing.
Use of Platform
The Platform allows vendors to sell CBD and Hemp related products to users. As a user, you may browse and purchase products from multiple vendors on the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. All products on Cibanos are intended for adults only, and you must be at least 21 years old to make purchases on Cibanos.com.
Your Account
Certain Cibanos Services may require you to have your own Cibanos account, with a valid payment method associated with it, and to be logged in to that account to access those Services. If we encounter any issues while charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method linked to your account. You can manage your payment options by visiting Your Payments. You are accountable for keeping your account and password confidential and restricting access to your account. You also agree to take responsibility for any activity under your account. All products on Cibanos are intended for adults only, and you must be at least 21 years old to make purchases on Cibanos.com. Cibanos reserves the right to decline service, terminate accounts, revoke your rights to use Cibanos Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
You are allowed to share reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other forms of content, send e-cards and other types of communication and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information to Cibanos. However, the content you share must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise harmful to third parties. It must also not contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam” or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. It is crucial that you do not use a false email address or impersonate any person or entity.
Cibanos has the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any content that violates these rules. Please note that Cibanos does not regularly review all content that is posted.
Suppose you do share content or submit material. In that case, you are giving Cibanos a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. Cibanos and sublicensees also have the right to use the name you submit in connection with such content if they choose.
By sharing content, you represent and warrant that you own or have control over all of the rights to the content you post, that the content is accurate, that the use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause harm to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Cibanos for all claims resulting from content you supply.
Cibanos has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. However, Cibanos does not assume any responsibility or liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Submitting any content to the Platform grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content in any media formats now known or later developed. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the license to the Company.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
a. Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
b. Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
c. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform;
d. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or any servers or networks connected to the Platform;
e. Use any device, software or routine to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Platform.
Purchases and Payments
The Platform allows users to purchase products from multiple vendors. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the vendor. The Company is not responsible for any disputes between you and the vendor, including but not limited to, issues related to payment, delivery, or product quality.
You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases.
RETURNS, REFUNDS
We, Cibanos.com or Cibanos LLC or the company, hereby declare that we have a no return policy for all products sold by our vendors. Once a product has been sold, it cannot be returned for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, incorrect size or fit, or damage during shipping.
By using our platform to sell their products, vendors agree to abide by this no return policy. We strongly encourage vendors to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of their products and clear images and sizing information to ensure that customers are fully informed before making a purchase.
In the event that a vendor fails to deliver a product, delivers a damaged or defective product, or otherwise violates our terms of service, we will work with the customer and vendor to resolve the issue. However, this does not constitute a return or refund policy.
Customers agree to abide by our no-return policy by using our platform to purchase products. Customers should carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before purchasing and contact the vendor directly if they have any questions or concerns.
We reserve the right to modify or amend this no-return policy at any time without prior notice.
Product Description
Cibanos strives to ensure maximum product descriptions and content precision across all its services. However, Cibanos cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or absence of errors in such information. In the event that a product listed on Cibanos.com does not match its description, the only recourse available to you is to contact the vendor directly.

Cibanos offers the Cibanos Services and all associated information, content, materials, products (including software), and other services to you on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless specified otherwise in writing. Cibanos does not make any express or implied representations or warranties regarding the operation of the Cibanos Services, or the information, content, materials, products (including software), or other services provided to you through the Cibanos Services, unless specified otherwise in writing. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Cibanos Services is solely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cibanos disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Cibanos does not warrant that the Cibanos Services, information, content, materials, products (including software), or other services provided through the Cibanos Services, Cibanos’s servers, or electronic communications sent from Cibanos are free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cibanos will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising from your use of any Cibanos Service or any information, content, materials, products (including software), or other services provided to you through any Cibanos Service, unless specified otherwise in writing.
DISPUTES
If there is any disagreement or assertion connected to your utilization of a Cibanos Service, it will be resolved in either the state or Federal courts located in COLLIN County, TEXAS. By using the service, you agree to the exclusive authority and location of these courts. Both parties renounce any right to a trial by jury.
Applicable law
When you utilize a Cibanos Service, you acknowledge that these Conditions of Use and any potential disagreement between you and Cibanos will be governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the state of Texas, regardless of any conflicting legal principles.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
The company retains the right to modify our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at our discretion without prior notice. In the event that any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, they will be considered separate from the remaining conditions and will not impact their validity or enforceability.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
The Software Terms pertain to the Cibanos website and other mobile application Software, which includes any related documentation that we provide you in association with Cibanos Services, including any updates or upgrades to the software.
- The Cibanos Software may only be used for the purpose of utilizing Cibanos Services as provided by Cibanos and in compliance with these Conditions of Use and any applicable Service Terms. It is prohibited to integrate any part of the Cibanos Software into other programs or to merge any portion of it with other programs, or to replicate, alter, create derivative works of, distribute, transfer any rights to, or license the Cibanos Software in whole or in part, except as authorized in this section. Cibanos or its software suppliers own all software utilized in any Cibanos Service, which is protected by both United States and international copyright laws.
- Use of Third Party Services. By using the Cibanos Software, you may also be utilizing the services of one or more third-party providers, such as a mobile software provider or a wireless carrier. Your use of these third-party services may be subject to their distinct policies, terms of use, and fees.
- No Reverse Engineering. It is prohibited to perform any reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, tampering with, or bypassing of any security measures related to the Cibanos Software, either in part or in its entirety.
- Updates. We may offer automatic or manual updates to the Cibanos Software at any time and without notice to you.
Conflicts. If there is a conflict between these Conditions of Use and any other terms related to a portion of the Cibanos Software, including open-source license terms, the conflicting terms will take precedence over these Conditions of Use. This will apply to that specific portion of the Cibanos Software and only to the extent of the conflict.
